Product Returns

Gracit product returns policy gives you the option to return or exchange purchased items for specific reasons within the specified return/exchange period. We only request that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. 

Our return policy:

We accept returns on all products purchased through our website within 7 days of the original purchase date. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny a return if the product does not meet these requirements.


How to initiate a return:

Please follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email or phone call. When you return the product, please pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible).


Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and issue a refund to your payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item(s).


Final Sale Items:

Certain items may be designated as final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. This information will be clearly indicated on the product page.
